Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2023 Entegra Launch, Launch LE, Qwest, Jayco Melbourne, Melbourne Prestige, Terrain, and Terrain LE motorhomes. The guide bushing on the parking pawl may fatigue, which can cause the parking pawl not to engage and result in a vehicle rollaway.
What can happen. Vehicle rollaway increases the risk of a crash.
The repair. Dealers will update the software of the electronic stability, transmission control, direct select module, and electronic ignition switch control units, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 8, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is MB 22V-796.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Jayco Solstice LI, Swift, Terrain, Terrain LE, Entegra Coach Ethos LI, Expanse LI, Launch LE motorhomes. The battery relay contactors may become stuck in the closed position.
What can happen. Relays that are stuck in the closed position increase the risk of a fire during battery charging.
The repair. Dealers will update the battery software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 17, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903603.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Entegra Coach Launch, 2022 Launch LE, 2021-2025 Jayco Terrain, and 2022 Terrain LE recreational vehicles. The grey water tank support brackets may contact and damage the fuel tank, causing a leak.
What can happen. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
The repair. Dealers will replace the support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 7, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903619.
